N ot every wrinkle, line, or drooping cheek needs a facelift to improve it.

By avoiding aspirin, ibuprofen, or diet supplements containing fish oil or vitamin E for the week before your procedure, swelling and bruising can be minimized.
The effects of a non-surgical facelift usually last between 6 and 9 months before re-treatment is necessary to maintain the correction (although the results of Juvederm Voluma XC last up to two years!). Some touch-up treatments can be performed during that time to further maintain the results and prolong the need for re-treatment.
