Cancellation Policy Trillium Plastic Surgery

Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy:


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they want.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will send you a text or email message reminder 72 hours prior to your scheduled service. If you opt out of reminders or choose not to provide us with your cell phone number or email address, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason, and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.

We have a minimum 24-hour cancellation policy on all injectable, laser, & non-surgical appointments. Failure to cancel with at least 24-hour notice, or arriving late for the appointment in the scheduled time, may result in a scheduling fee of $100 charged for future appointments. 

Missed appointments for prepaid services/packages are charged at full value.

Surgical consultations pay a non-refundable $200 consultation fee at the time of scheduling. If you cancel or no-show your appointment, this fee is not refunded. If you wish to change your appointment date, you may do so if this is done with at least 72-hour notice.

The surgical cancellation policy is discussed at the time of scheduling your surgery and is provided in writing. This policy is separate from our appointment cancellation policy (as described above).


Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. We ask that you contact our office directly and ask to speak with the office manager if there are any concerns. This policy applies to surgery, injectables, lasers, or any services provided by our practice.

Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase if the product has not been opened or when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products.
