This lovely 35 year old mother of three children wanted to "undo" the changes to her physique that accumulated over 3 pregnancies. When her youngest child was around 20 months old, she underwent an abdominoplasty with repair of her "six-pack" musclulature, circumferential liposuction of her trunk, and a breast lift with fat transfer.
