Knoxville Plastic & Craniofacial Surgery was founded in 2015 to provide top-quality cosmetic, reconstructive, and craniofacial surgery to Knoxville and the surrounding communities.

MelanieMelanie, our financial coordinator, was born and raised in Elizabethton, TN. She has lived in Knoxville since 2007, and has BA in Fine Arts from Milligan College. She is a graduate student at Liberty University who is working towards a Masters of Human Services Counseling with an emphasis in Executive Leadership. Melanie is an amateur ballroom dance instructor and competitor, so don’t be surprised if you see her one day on “Dancing With The Stars”!

keela-newKeela works closely with Dr. Hall and Brooke and does triple duty as our medical assistant, aesthetician, and laser provider. She is originally from Clinton, TN and got her certifications in aesthetics, laser, and paramedical treatment from the Tennessee School of Beauty. Outside the office, she spends her free time collecting antiques and crafting. She loves the local lakes and mountains, and is the proud mother of her puppy, Tux.

CherylCheryl Houser is a licensed medical aesthetician and has over twelve years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Her career objective is to help patients achieve the healthy and beautiful skin at every stage of life. She is a graduate of East Tennessee School of Cosmetology. Cheryl is actively involved with a number of industry leaders, including SkinMedica, Obagi, PCA, Revision, Neo-Cutis and Glo Minerals. She enjoys customizing individual treatment plans for her patients to address their unique skincare needs.
Cheryl has been married for 18 years and has a young daughter.

Haley, our patient concierge, was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. Haley is currently working towards her Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Lincoln Memorial University. During her free time, Haley can be found experimenting with new recipes, running one of Knoxville’s many greenways, or spending time with her enormous family!
