This lovely 43 year old was bothered by the "pooch" underneath her navel, as well as the bulging of her abdominal muscles. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with a TAP block and muscle plication. She has a small vertical incision just above her traditional "tummy tuck" incision which is barely noticeable. These photos are taken 1 year after her surgery.
